1. Phuket Same-Day Delivery

Orders within Phuket placed before 2:00 PM (Mon-Sat) are eligible for same-day delivery via our local courier partners or Grab Express. Local delivery rates apply based on distance from our Chalong flagship store.

2. Nationwide Shipping (Thailand)

We partner with Kerry Express and Flash Express for reliable shipping across all provinces. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers are provided via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

• Free Delivery: On all orders over ฿3,000 nationwide.
• Standard Rate: ฿60 - ฿100 depending on weight and location for orders below ฿3,000.

4. Authenticity Guarantee Packaging

All products are shipped in secure, climate-controlled packaging to prevent heat damage to sensitive nutritional compounds. Each package includes a tamper-evident seal and QR code verification for authenticity.
